Cancellations made up to one month prior to the seminar
commencement date will
be refunded one half of the registration fee, minus bank transfer charges.

All notices of
cancellation must be submitted in writing.
Refunds can be transferred exclusively to an account in the
applicant’s name.
Registration procedure for
applicants requiring a visa for travel to Switzerland:
Important:At
the present time it is difficult to obtain a visa for travel to
Switzerland. Swiss regulations require visa applicants to prove that
they have sufficient funds for round-trip travel and for their stay in
Switzerland. Therefore in order to have a chance of visa issuance, the
seminar and hotel fees must be paid in advance. In view of the
difficulty and the seminar refund policy (above), applicants should
consider whether they are in a position to take the risk of advance
payment and application for a visa.

The Academy requests a
letter of introduction from the applicant’s employer, university, or
organisation by fax (++41 81 710 21 22) or
as an email attachment.

Registration for partial
attendance of the seminar for applicants requiring a visa is not
possible.
3.
Subsequent to receiving
an applicant’s recommendation, the Academy will provide details for
advance payment by bank transfer of the seminar and hotel fees.

Following receipt of payment, the Academy will confirm the applicant’s
registration and the hotel booking. A letter of invitation will be
sent to the respective embassy for visa procedure.
The Academy has no influence in the visa issuance procedure.
